ok...here it is...what you've all been waiting for...the closest thing we'll ever get to an itinerary:
los angeles to tokyo to seoul to hong kong to beijing to shanghai, back to hong kong to dehli to mumbai to bangkok all over southeast asia (including vietnam, cambodia, singapore, laos & malaysia) to sydney to brisbane to auckland to queenstown, back to sydney to johannesburg to harare to accra to london all over europe to cyprus to cairo to addis ababa (maybe?) back to cairo to madrid to sao paulo, brazil to buenos aires to santiago to lima to quito to caracas to panama city to san jose, costa rica to guatemala city to belize through mexico to mexico city...and finally to dallas. why dallas? because it and miami are the only two options we have flying on our round-the-world ticket back into the states from mexico. and because we don't know yet if we'll choose the east coast or the west coast as our next home. phew!! that's a mouthful.
we've got no dates yet except for our departure date...september 10th from los angeles. and we must use all of our tickets within 1 year. so expect us back at the end of august next year, and get your spare couch or guest room ready!
if you see any place on this list you've always wanted to go, come on and meet us! we'd love to see some familiar places along the way! the general time frames are as follows: asia, india, southeast asia from september to december... australia and new zealand in december...africa from january to march...europe from march through may...south and central america from june to august. if you've talked to either of us, you know all times are subject to change. lol! so if you want to meet us somewhere, book your ticket and tell us which airport to meet you at!
Dawne & Daryll: Take care of yourselves. Stay safe, eat well, and come home full of wisdom and eager to change the world. Don’t forget that we love you and want the very best for you. Do not hold all that you gain but share all of your treasures with the world. You will be a better person for it. Oh one more thing, take God with you in the name of the Holy Spirit. You will need that too. Love, Dad
This is the time
This moment sits at the intersection of the best of your past
achievements and the best of your future possibilities. What a
powerful combination that can be.
This moment has already begun. And you can determine how it ends.
Look back at what has brought you to this moment and find something
for which to be sincerely grateful. Look forward from this moment and
find something that will enable you to realize your deepest purpose
and fill your world with joy.
Then make use of this moment to tie those two things together. Put
your richest blessings to work so that they can move you toward your
fondest dreams.
This is the time to make that connection. This is the time for you to
live and to act, to think, to feel, to experience and to move
gratefully toward your richest possibilities.
The best of what your life has been is alive in this moment, ready to
carry you forward. And the best of what's to come is ready to be
fulfilled.
